Raw Vanilla Cookies

                                Raw Fruit Filled Vanilla Cookies

Hello:

What a great day it has been! First thing this morning I did a 2 hour webinar with Dr. Bradley Nelson on the Emotion Code. He worked with so many people that it turned into a webinar about his Body Code course. I got to release several emotional blocks from just following along with the people he was working on. He announced the 2 day weekend Emotion Code workshop here in Las Vegas, July 30 and 31st. If anyone is interested go to his site, Dr. Bradley Nelson, for more details. If you can't make the workshop and would like to learn the Emotion Code system, you can join his membership site for only $24.95 a month and watch the seminar on the site.  Dr. Nelson has created so many ways for anyone to learn this simple technique that radically improves your life, there is no reason you should not be able to heal quickly and easily and live the BEST life right NOW.

This is my favorite time of year. I love the weather, the flowers, sweet smells of the fruit blossoms and most of all the fresh fruit and berries that are coming into season. This year I have whipped up these fabulous vanilla cookies. You will need a dehydrator or your oven to make them. These are one of the most " like cooked" raw cookies I have ever made. I fashioned them after a cookie my mother used to make. They are very versatile. In the picture above you see them filled with various fruit coulis. Another way to make them is similar to a graham cracker. Just fill the dehydrator sheet with the dough, level it to about 1/4 inch thickness, and score the dough to the size of cookie you would like. The best part of this style is you can dip them later in chocolate and have a chocolate graham cracker that is absolutely delicious and lasts several months in the refrigerator. You can also take the same graham cracker shape and mix a little coconut palm sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle it on the top. These will turn out crisp and sweet, great alone or as a compliment to some raw almond or coconut ice cream. Be creative and have fun with these little gems. They are mostly alkaline, quick and easy to make and a wonderful nutritious treat for all ages. Raw Vanilla Almond Cookies
Makes about 30 cookies
2 cups almond pulp ( use pulp from making nut milk, brazil nut, almond, cashew, etc )
4 TBS palm sugar
2 TBS blue agave syrup
1 TBS chia seeds, ground
4 TBS pure water for chia seeds
1 TBS vanilla powder
pinch salt

Grind the chia seeds and soak them in the 4 tablespoons water, set aside. In a bowl mix the almond or nut meal, vanilla powder, sugar and salt. After the dry ingredients are completely mixed, stir in the agave and adjust the flavor. Then add the soaked chia seeds and mix throughly. Spoon the dough onto a dehydrator sheet, and form into desired shape. To make the cookies in the picture use a tablespoon or scoop of approximate size. Make a thumb print into the center of each ball and form the walls around, leaving a well for the fruit mixture. Dehydrate at 115 degrees about 15 hours until totally dry and crisp.
When cookies are dry fill with any fruit coulis.
Fruit Coulis
Berry:
Mash several fresh berries with a fork and mix in a small amount of raw honey to make a thick sweet paste. Fill cookie wells and dehydrate again for about 30 minutes to set the mixture on the top. I have used raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry and coconut with the honey.

Watch for my new video.....Chocolate, Chocolate, and more Super Chocolate! I'm going to show you how to make real raw chocolate that is simple and super nutritious, plus lots of ways you can use it. This recipe will go from elegant romantic candlelight fondue to kids play day in the kitchen.

Enjoy and Many Blessings,
Dr. Diondra

The Perfect Vacation ( even in town )

Hi Everyone:
Isn't it great you don't need to go to Germany to have the "Perfect Vacation"? You can take or live a "perfect vacation" at any moment you choose. Now you are thinking, " What is the Perfect Vacation"?
The "Perfect Vacation" was created many years ago by a friend of mine who used to live in Los Angeles, CA and go on them almost every weekend. You can just experience the vacation or you can set a goal for your vacation, gather clues and piece together the puzzle you create and then clear what ever issue is created by your vacation puzzle. It is lots of fun, relaxing and keeps you living and experiencing in the NOW.
Here's how it works. Set a length of time, and if you want, a specific area. By specific area I mean to stay in your town versus drive across country or hundreds of miles away. The time limit will also help regulate how far you physically go. Then you pack a small bag with a few essentials, get in the car, or on your bike and take off. The intent is NOT to have any plan, to follow your heart and inner guidance on where to turn, which way to go and where to stop and explore. As you are going observe everything you can and write down the recurring themes or important messages. Check in every once in awhile and see show far along you are to completion, especially if you have set a goal. Once you reach completion sit down and put all the clues you have gathered together. Your puzzle will take shape and show you a theme, sentence, lesson or issue. If it is an issue you wish to clear then do whatever clearing process you know to send it on it's way and out of your life.
This method of taking a vacation is fun, exciting, interesting and very relaxing. You have no agenda, no place to go, no time frame to be anywhere, everything that crosses your path is available for exploration. If you go with others, be sure to set the intent that the vacation will serve ALL on the trip. This type of vacation or living life, is always soul guided and brings you valuable messages from spirit in a fun format everyone can participate in and enjoy. Give it a try! Let me know how you do, the experiences are priceless.... Enjoy Life!

Here's a few things I've found are handy to have when doing a perfect vacation...
  • notepad & pen / pencil
  • camera
  • flashlight
  • water
  • snacks / food bars
  • change of clothing (to adopt a dressier look, something as simple as adding a tie / scarf or changing a shirt / t-shirt to putting on a different pair of shoes or changing into a universal black dress or skirt.)
  • bandana
  • sunblock
  • toothbrush & toothpase / mouthwash / mints
  • deodorant
  • handywipes / soap
  • small towel (washcloth or synthetic chamois)
  • 1 or 2 plastic bags
  • a larger bag to carry everything

    After a short break...

    Hi Everyone:

It is a beautiful new moon, and so I am back with you after a short break. While I have been away many thing have happened. One of them I would like to share with you today.  Since the end of April I have been experiencing some physical pain. This is something that is quite foreign to me for several reasons. First, I hold the belief that your body should always function perfectly, and there is never any need for pain in it, no matter how old you are or how physical you have been with your body. Second, when there is pain, it is a signal to me that I have some emotional detective work and releasing to do. When the pain first appeared the morning of April 28th, I thought it was from my new exercise routine, and it would just go away after a few days of taking it a little easier. Surely I could not have hurt myself this bad just from a little jumping on the rebounder! When the pain didn't go away or even lessen I knew I would have to get good old Sherlock Holmes out to find what the real cause of the pain I had on the right side of my back was. As much as I love being a detective, I was in so much pain that I could barley navigate, let alone think. After calling everyone I knew for help and being put off by them, I knew it was going to be me getting myself out of pain.

                       The Emotion Code

                      Dr. Bradley & Mrs. Nelson

Luckily, I had just received an e-mail inviting me to a seminar by Dr. Bradley Nelson, introducing his book The Emotion Code. It sounded like just what I needed, and I hoped he would do a demo and use me, so I could get a little relief right away. Sometimes I have all the luck, because that is exactly what happened at the seminar. The simple technique he used on me worked so well I came home with the book and about 30% less pain. The following day I released what he calls the "Heart Wall", and my back pain went down by 50%. In the next 3 days I released the rest of my heart wall and lots more trapped emotions until my pain went down to 1% of what it was when I walked into the seminar. The Emotion Code technique is fun, quick and easy to use. You can learn it at a weekend seminar, from the book, online or as part of Dr. Nelson's Body Code DVD course. He even has a certification you can get so you can help others heal and release their Heart Walls. When you release your heart wall you open the doors to living your biggest and best life, the one you came here to LIVE!
Now I am back on the road again. I am getting ready to make a couple new video's for you. One is my all time favorite recipe, Chocolate!!  I'm going to show you how quick and easy it is to make and some tasty ways you can use it. You're gonna LOVE it.
